When your VPS (Virtual Private Server) and GameServers resources reach their expiration date, your VPS instance will be forcibly shut down and enter a Suspended state. In this state, your instance's data is preserved, and you can simply renew the instance to restart it. However, if payment is not completed within the 7-day grace period, your instance will transition to a Terminated state, at which point your data cannot be recovered.

The system generates an invoice based on the status of servers in your account and sends this invoice via email to you 7 days prior to your server's expiration date, to ensure prompt payment and avoid any disruption to your services.
