Product Series
Cloud VPS Series
Cloud VPS is an entry-level cloud server solution launched by ClawCloud, designed specifically for individual developers, students, and small to medium-sized enterprises. It is particularly suitable for building small to medium-sized websites, setting up development testing environments, and deploying lightweight applications. This product is built on the first and second generation Intel® Xeon® Platinum scalable processors, ensuring powerful computing capabilities and stability, and integrates multiple advanced features in the cloud computing field.
Dedicated VPS Series
The Dedicated VPS series is an enterprise-level cloud server solution launched by ClawCloud, providing persistent computing, memory, and network resources. It supports various processors and processor-memory ratios. This type of instance relies on cloud computing resource pooling technology and intelligent scheduling algorithms for dynamic resource management, providing continuous computing power, stability, supply, and elasticity guarantees for your applications. It can meet application needs in most scenarios and is a cost-effective enterprise-level instance.
Configuration Information
CPU/Memory
Cloud VPS uses Intel® Xeon® Platinum 8163 (Skylake) or 8269CY (Cascade Lake) processors with a main frequency of 2.5 GHz. It is cloud-based on KVM and cloud computing technology, providing up to 64 vCPU computing configurations to provide users with strong computing power support for cloud adoption. Cloud VPS is also equipped with enterprise-grade DDR4 ECC memory, supporting NUMA technology and Huge Pages, further optimizing memory access efficiency, reducing memory management overhead, and improving application performance. It can be configured with up to 256GB of memory, meeting users' needs for massive memory.
This high-performance hardware configuration not only ensures excellent computing capabilities but also provides reliable data processing and storage capabilities, suitable for various complex and high-performance application scenarios. Whether running large-scale databases, performing scientific calculations, or supporting high-load enterprise-level applications, Cloud VPS can provide a stable and efficient computing environment. More details can be found in the Instance Specifications document.
Block Storage
Block storage is a high-performance block device product provided by ClawCloud for Cloud VPS, supporting random read and write operations to meet data storage needs in most general business scenarios. Users can format the block storage and establish a file system on Cloud VPS just like using a physical hard drive, thereby conveniently utilizing these storage resources.
Block storage is divided into two types: system disk and data disk.
System Disk: The system disk is the boot disk of Cloud VPS, used to store the operating system, program files, and other system-related data. The system disk can only be created together with the Cloud VPS instance, and its lifecycle is the same as the mounted Cloud VPS instance. This means the system disk is created with the Cloud VPS instance and deleted with the instance.
Data Disk: The data disk is an additional disk that can be mounted on Cloud VPS, used to store user data, logs, and other application-related data. Data disks can be mounted or unmounted at any time as needed, providing greater flexibility. Users can adjust the capacity of the data disk according to actual needs to accommodate different business requirements. Currently, it supports a maximum storage capacity of 16TiB.
Through this flexible and efficient storage solution, ClawCloud ensures that Cloud VPS can obtain stable and reliable data storage services in various application scenarios, whether running critical business applications or processing large amounts of data, it can receive full support.
Network Bandwidth
ClawCloud provides users with high-quality BGP bandwidth of up to 1Gbps, ensuring that network connections are stable and fast, and IPv6 is already supported. ClawCloud has established close cooperation with multiple mainstream local operators, using multi-line intelligent routing technology to automatically select the optimal path, effectively avoiding single-point failures and network congestion, thereby ensuring network stability and security.
In addition, ClawCloud's BGP bandwidth not only provides excellent upload and download speeds but also features outstanding low latency, which is particularly important for real-time applications, online services, and large-scale data transmissions. Whether it is video streaming, online gaming, or big data processing, ClawCloud's high-quality BGP bandwidth can provide users with a smooth and uninterrupted network experience.
