Can the IPv4 address be changed?

We offer paid IPv4 address changes. There is a fee of $5 for each IPv4 address change.

Does it support switching to a specified IPv4 range?

Changing the IPv4 address will randomly assign you an IPv4 address, and you cannot specify the IP range.

Is there any guarantee for the replaced IP address?

If your replaced IPv4 address is blocked (ICMP and all TCP ports are blocked), you may submit a ticket within 24 hours, and we will replace the IPv4 address for you at no additional cost.

Note: If the assigned IPv4 address is blocked at the time of instance activation, you can directly submit a ticket within 24 hours, and we will replace the IPv4 address for you at no additional cost.

Is the replacement of an IPv4 address eligible for a refund?

The replacement of an IPv4 address service is not eligible for a refund.

Can additional IPv4 addresses be added?

Instances do not support adding additional IPv4 addresses.

Can IPv4 address be transferred?

IPv4 addresses are bound to the instance and cannot be transferred to other instances.

Is there a guarantee for accessing any website with the IPv4 address?

We do not guarantee that the IPv4 address can access any particular website or service, such as streaming services or games, including Netflix, ChatGPT, etc.

Is IPv6 supported?

For every new server order placed after December 12, 2024, we will allocate an IPv6 address. For existing servers, you can click "Enable IPv6 Address" on the product details page, and an IPv6 address will be automatically assigned after the server restarts.
