Can the IP address be changed?

We offer paid IP address changes. There is a fee of $5 for each IP address change.

Is there any guarantee for the replaced IP address?

If your replaced IP address is blocked (ICMP and all TCP ports are blocked), you may submit a ticket within 24 hours, and we will replace the IP address for you at no additional cost.

Note: If the assigned IP address is blocked at the time of instance activation, you can directly submit a ticket, and we will replace the IP address for you at no additional cost.

Can additional IP addresses be added?

Instances do not support adding additional IP addresses.

Can IP address be transferred?

IP addresses are bound to the instance and cannot be transferred to other instances.

Is there a guarantee for accessing any website with the IP address?

We do not guarantee that the IP address can access any particular website or service, such as streaming services or games, including Netflix, ChatGPT, etc.

Is IPv6 supported?

We are planning to implement IPv6 support in the near future.
