1.What is ClawCloud VPS?

ClawCloud as an innovative enterprise in the field of cloud infrastructure,offers VPS products to developers with dedicated CPU、memory and storage resources. We leverage technological innovation and supply chain management to provide developers with high-performance、low-cost VPS services. Our mission is to empower every developer to a higher performance solutions at a lower cost, enabling them to create products that can change the world.

2. What regions are available？

ClawCloud infrastructure has launched in 5 regions in US East (Virginia), US West (Silicon Valley), Europe Central (Frankfurt), Asia Pacific Southeast (Singapore) and China (Hong Kong). We plan for more regions in the near future.

3. Do you provide SLA ?

We currently achieve a 99.975% uptime, but we do not provide a formal guarantee of normal operating time though.

4.Do you have money back guarantee?

Yes, we do have a money-back guarantee,but it must be in accordance with our terms of service. Please submit a refund request by submitting a support ticket, and for detailed refund policies, please refer to FAQS-VPS, Item 5.

5. What is your refund policy?

• Full Refund: If the subscription duration is less than 1 day and the used data during the billing cycle is less than 5GB, a full refund of the billed amount (total payment amount) will be issued.

• Partial Refund: If the subscription duration is greater than or equal to 1 day or the used data during the billing cycle is greater than or equal to 5GB, only a partial refund will be issued:

  • Refund amount based on remaining duration = (Billed payment amount ÷ Total duration of billing cycle) × Remaining duration of billing cycle
  • Refund amount based on remaining data = (Billed payment amount ÷ Total available data of billing cycle) × Remaining available data of billing cycle.
  • The refund amount will be: min(Remaining duration refund, Remaining data refund).

• Non-refundable: Products indicated on the service purchase page as non-refundable, as well as cases where the original payment channel cannot accept refunds due to user-related issues. For detailed refund policy, please refer to the Legal - Terms and Conditions Section 6.

• Service Charge Deduction: All refunds will incur a 10% service charge deduction.

6.Do you offer after-sales service guarantees?

ClawCloud provides all customers with free ticket support, available 24/7.

7. How do you make a profit with such pricing?

This is because we have been developing efficient servers and resource scheduling systems. We have extensive experience in resource scheduling and operations.

8. Do you support IP changes?

We currently do not offer IP change services.

9.What should I do if I run out of transfer?

We do not currently support adding transfer packages.

10.What virtualization technology does your VPS use?

Our VPS products are based on KVM virtualization technology.

11.What processor models do your underlying server hardware use?

We currently support Intel® Xeon® Platinum processors.

12. What user groups and business scenarios does your VPS target?

Targeted mainly at developers and small to medium-sized enterprise users, it is suitable for web applications and websites, enterprise office applications, offline data analysis, and most general-purpose scenarios that do not require high CPU computing power and performance for small to medium-sized databases.
