2. What regions are available?
ClawCloud infrastructure has launched in 6 regions in US East (Virginia), US West (Silicon Valley), Europe Central (Frankfurt), Asia Pacific Southeast (Singapore), China (Hong Kong) and Japan(Tokyo). We plan for more regions in the near future.
3. Do you provide SLA ?
We currently achieve a 99.975% uptime, but we do not provide a formal guarantee of normal operating time though.
4. Do you offer after-sales service guarantees?
ClawCloud provides all customers with free ticket support, available 24/7.
For tickets that require investigation, handling, or adjustments, such as technical issues, we may need additional time to address them. In such cases, the processing time guarantee may not apply.
5. How do you make a profit with such pricing?
This is because we have been developing efficient servers and resource scheduling systems. We have extensive experience in resource scheduling and operations.
6. What should I do if I run out of transfer?
Once your traffic is exhausted, we will limit your maximum bandwidth to 1Mbps. You can choose to reset your used transfer through the transfer reset feature.
7. What virtualization technology does your VPS use?
Our VPS products are based on KVM virtualization technology.
8. What processor models do your underlying server hardware use?
We currently support Intel® Xeon® Platinum processors.
9. What user groups and business scenarios does your VPS target?
Targeted mainly at developers and small to medium-sized enterprise users, it is suitable for web applications and websites, enterprise office applications, offline data analysis, and most general-purpose scenarios that do not require high CPU computing power and performance for small to medium-sized databases.
